Hello! My name is Roja, and I have been working in childcare since 2015. From 2015 to 2023, I worked in Germany as a daycare provider and owner of a private kindergarten, gaining extensive experience caring for and guiding children of various ages. Since moving to the USA, I have been working for the past year as a teacher at Kids ‘R’ Kids in McKinney, Texas.

I bring energy, patience, and a loving heart to every child I care for, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can thrive. Being a mother of two children myself, I understand the unique needs, emotions, and curiosities of kids at every stage.

I am fluent in Persian, German, and English, and I also know some Turkish, which allows me to connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds. My approach is rooted in positivity, creativity, and respect for each child’s individuality. I love seeing children smile, achieve new milestones, and feel proud of themselves.

Every day, my goal is to make a difference in each child’s life by fostering happiness, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. I am dedicated to being more than just a caregiver – I aim to be a supportive, inspiring, and caring presence in every child’s life.
